Chocolate covered Strawberries

Step 1: Wash strawberries
The images below are recorded with my 2 year old following through the instructions.

Step 2: Using a paper towel or cloth, thoroughly dry the strawberries.
This is important as the chocolate will not stick otherwise.

Step 3: Add 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil and 1 Tablespoon chocolate chips in a small microwave safe bowl

Step 4: Microwave the bowl for 30 seconds

Step 5: Mix the contents of the bowl with a spoon. Microwave again at 10 second increments and mix if chocolate has not fully melted.

Step 6: Dip the strawberries in the chocolate-coconut oil mixture to coat it. Place on a parchment paper. Chill for 30 minutes.
